Isn't it funny how at the beginning of any new task, no matter how small, we feel like we need to clean ourselves up to accomplish it?
I can't even begin to tell you all of the reasons that TODAY (& not 5 yrs ago) is the day I decided to start writing. I could write out a crazy long list of all the things that I told myself ("well I should probably _____" & "but I still haven't _____") that have held me back, but if you've ever began a new task, especially one that is of importance to you, you KNOW just what I'm talking about. So, today I am officially kicking that mess to the curb.
Today IS the day.
I've decided, we all have a voice. Good or bad is our choice.
It's never too late to JUST START _____ TODAY!
Feelings are liars.
The word is the authority.
HE is the pen, the spirit, the writer. HE is the pastor, the truth, our king.
-Acts 1:8 Remember: We are USED BY the Holy Spirit, we do NOT use the Holy Spirit!
Our perception of "our worth" is off & HE tells/shows the truth.
-John 19, 20, & 21 We need to brush the weight of our perceptions off our backs, walk boldly & read HIS truth!!!
"Our worth" is greater than we will ever comprehend.
We must pray for boldness.
These are all the things that have been running through my head the past few days, while praying & thinking about this little online space.
"If I had just a few things I could say with this little voice, what would I say?"
Well friends, this is what I've got for today.
A little space. A little voice. BUT a BIG God.
